We have spent the last 20+ years living the sport of distance running. Lauren, a natural born South African, won the 2001 South African cross country championships, has competed on the university level at Butler University – she graduated in 2003. Since graduating university she has competed across the country in a vast assortment of track and field and road race competitions.
